I was on my way to Wednesday night chapel at BIOLA University with my friend, Bella. Right as we got to the front of the line, the ushers stopped us and said there was no more room in the auditorium, so I thought of the next best thing to do that night: go line dancing at Incahoots! Bella and I got dressed for the night and arrived at Incahoots, ready to get our yeehaw on. As the night went on, I noticed Bella talking to a really attractive boy across the club. I walked over, introduced myself, and asked him to two-step with me. He said no, explaining he didn't know how (omg he's so shy hehehe). I insisted that I would teach him so he didn't have to worry, and he obliged. We did a quick two-step around the dance floor, and WOW, was he a good dancer! He spun me around and everything! After the two-step we talked for a minute to get to know more about each other then he went off to hang out with his friends. At the end of the night, before I left, the attractive boy came back and asked to exchange phone numbers. He put his name on my phone as "Isaiah Cordero," and after that night we were inseparable, texting and seeing each other every day that followed.

My friend Nathan invited me to go line dancing Wednesday night the first week of school (I hate line dancing). After some convincing, I told him I'd meet him there after I went to the gym. I ended up leaving from the gym around 9pm and I was exhausted, dreading driving by myself and waiting in line with no one, I debated on skipping line dancing to go to sleep. However, I didn't want to let Nathan down so I drove and waited. Walking in I saw our mutual friend Bella thats when this cute girl (Mia) came up to me and asked me to 2 step. I declined because I didn't know her but after she kept on insisting I decided it might be fun. After the fun little dance I joined some friends but before the night was over I knew I had to get her number. From then on we were two peas in a pod and talked everyday since.
