It all started one night when Isaiah spotted me out with the girls. Thanks to Jazmin, one of my besties and Isaiah’s former coworker, we learned that Isaiah thought I was "cute" and interested in getting to know me. We exchanged social media info, and that was that—until a year later, when we picked up right where we left off. We were on the phone every night, sometimes multiple times a day (it’s true—ask my former roomies, Ash and Zeke lol). After four months of long-distance calls and Facetime dates, Isaiah decided it was time to meet in person. He flew to Phoenix, where we had our first date at one of my favorite spots in the city.
