Yes, there is but they are public restrooms. Be mindful the restrooms are close to the parking lot not the ceremony.

Is there a lot of parking for the ceremony?

No, there’s not but you can park on the street has well that’s right next to the parking lot. I would highly suggest carpooling together if you can.
