How do I RSVP?

RSVP's will be considered once guests have fully booked their room. This will let us know you will for sure be there <3.

How can I book a room?

Answer

Rooms are booked with my wedding agency (TuBoda by Mapeando). You should have been contacted by Mayte (English) +52 (999) 968-5098 or Cindy (Spanish) +52 (999) 593-4864.

The wedding is Sunday, when do I have to be there?

Answer

Guests are only required to stay a minimum 2 nights at the hotel starting Saturday March 28, 2026 to Monday March 30, 2026. If you would like to stay more days, please let our wedding agency know! (Mayte or Cindy)

Do I have to book with the wedding agency?

Answer

We have placed a deposit for rooms so that our guests will get a special rate and so that we are also able to get a wedding package with the hotel!

How do I get to the hotel?

Answer

Please note that the hotel is an hour away from the Cancun airport. Guests will need to reserve their transportation and the wedding agency can help you book transportation with the hotel based you itinerary.

How do I make payments for my room?

Answer

Payment is due with the wedding agency and they have payment plans available if needed. You must reserve a room with the minimum payment and then final payments are due in February.

When will I get my receipt and room confirmation?

Answer

You will get a receipt from the wedding agency as soon as you fully book your room and room confirmations with the hotel will come a week before the wedding as per hotel policy.

Question

Do I need a passport or REAL ID?

Answer

We highly recommend you have a passport, in Mexico foreigners are identified through passports. If you do not have a passport you must obtain a REALID for traveling purposes.
