Isabelle and Joshua first met at Nelsen Middle School in 2011, where they sat next to each other in Language Arts class. They both became best friends ever since then. Joshua and Isabelle continued to grow their friendship through Middle School and High School. During their Senior Year, Joshua asked Isabelle to be their volleyball coach for the boys Senior Buff-puff game. Through the many and long days of volleyball practices and games, they both started to develop feelings for one another. In July of 2017, they decided to make it official. After seven years of long distance, these two have always been by each other’s side. Joshua proposed to Isabelle during sunrise on their vacation in Cancun. They could not be more thrilled for this next chapter in their lives, and are so excited to celebrate their love with family and friends.
