Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will provide Wedding Day transportation from The Roost Hotel, The Springs, OS Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn. There is very limited parking at the reception venue, so taking the shuttle service or an Uber is highly encouraged. There is public parking available in the garage next to OS1515. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel in order to take the shuttle service. We ask that you are ready to load 5 mins prior to the noted times. There will only be one pick-up from Hilton Garden Inn and The Roost. Transportation Schedule: 3:45 PM - Guest Pick-up at Hilton Garden Inn 4:05 PM - Guest Pick-up at OS Hotel 4:10 PM - Guest Pick-up at Springs Hotel Guest Drop-off at St. John's Episcopal Church 4:20 PM - Guest Pick-up at The Roost Hotel 4:25 PM - Guest Pick-up at Springs Hotel Guest Drop-off at St. John's Episcopal Church 4:35 PM - Guest Pick-up at OS Hotel 4:40 PM - Guest Pick-up at Springs Hotel Guest Drop-off at St. John's Episcopal Church 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM - Transport guests from St John's Episcopal Church to The Jackson Pearl *Runs every 15 minutes starting at 6:00 PM 6:45 PM - Transport Wedding Party from St. John's Episcopal Church to The Jackson Pearl 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM - Transport guests from The Jackson Pearl to Hilton Garden Inn, The Roost, Springs Hotel, and OS Hotel *Runs every 30 minutes starting at 7:30 PM
