What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 6:00 pm August 30th 2025. There will be outdoor activities and drinks for people who arrive early.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is dressy casual (no blue jeans).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, so plan accordingly. There is transportation to and from the ceremony parking to the clubhouse if needed. However, there is no transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, both. There is plenty of parking at the ceremony and reception location. You can either drive or walk to the reception. It is a steep uphill walk about a quarter of a mile.
