Holiday Inn Berkshires, an IHG Hotel

We have a block booked at this hotel! The hotel is changing ownership in the near future, but the new ownership will honor the discount rate of $170/night. Due to the upcoming switch, you have to call the number listed to book rather than book online, let them know you are with the Germano/Whaley wedding for the discount! There will be shuttle buses leaving from this location to take you to the venue if you would like to avoid driving.

Areas to Book Accommodations

North Adams is a good area to book for airbnbs/accommodations. We are planning on having a block at the Holiday Inn located there with a shuttle running to the venue on Saturday. We are getting married pretty far into the Berkshires so North Adams is the closest "big town" area with things to do. The wedding venue itself is in Charlemont MA, which is a beautiful rural area in the Berkshires, there are plenty of airbnbs around there as well! Be wary if you do not want to drive home, there are no Ubers out there and the roads are winding and steep. We will provide shuttles out of North Adams, please don't drink and drive!

Flight

Boston Logan

If you need to fly in, Boston is approximately 2 hours away from the venue site and is the closest major airport. Alternatively, Albany Airport is equidistant but smaller and generally more expensive to fly in and out of.

Rental Car

We have had great luck using Turo, it is like airbnb for cars and can cut the cost of a rental car in half!
