Due to venue restrictions, we unfortunately cannot accommodate guests beyond those named on the invitation.
Our celebration is adults-only with the exception of the groom's immediate family and children of the wedding party.
There is a 46-passenger bus shuttle transporting guests between the blocked hotels and Avon Hill. Buses will leave from the hotels at 3:00pm and depart from Avon Hill at 11:00pm. Seats are reserved for hotel guests and others who indicated shuttle use on their RSVP. Please see the Travel page for details. For alternative lodging & transportation, please note that there is limited cell phone service on Avon Hill's property. You can plan ahead by pre-scheduling a rideshare service back to your AirBnb or hotel, or by carpooling with sober friends and family. There is overnight parking at the venue (see below!). We highly recommend saving directions before traveling to the venue as there is a high likelihood that you may lose service as you inch up the mountain!
Please wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Ties optional. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and partly on the grass.
Please make a note of dietary restrictions on your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Guests may arrive as early as 3:30pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30pm.
Yes! There is ample festival-style parking with signage at Avon Hill and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight. Please plan to pick up your car no later than 10:30am on Sunday.
