When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 1, 2025 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to our venue having limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children?
Answer
This will be an adults-only wedding, with the exception of a few members of our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out for yourself! :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a room block at the UNC Charlotte Marriott, but feel free to stay anywhere you would like! There are multiple hotels in the surrounding area of the wedding venue. In addition, there are numerous hotels in Uptown if you are interested in staying in the heart of the city.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. Please no denim/khaki and avoid shades of white. Please note, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to assure you have time to park and find your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking on site! We will also have shuttle that will run to and from the UNC Charlotte Marriott. For information on the suttle, check out the "Travel" tab above.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions you have when you RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all the angles of the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes, please feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like!
