FAQs

The Wedding Website of Carl Palombaro and Isabelle Miranda
Question

RSVP?

Answer

Your resort reservation acts as your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring my children to Mexico for the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, Unico 2087 is an adults only, all inclusive resort. This would be a great opportunity to have a romantic, parents only vacation! If your children are over 18, they should be included in your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to Carl or Isabelle at miranda.palombaro@gmail.com.

Question

Do I need to make my own flight reservations?

Answer

Yes, all guests are required to book their own flights to Mexico. Airport transfers will be provided from Cancun Airport when you make your resort reservation.

Question

When should I book my stay at Unico 20°87°?

Answer

Please book your stay no later than December 5th, 2025. A $100 deposit + travel insurance (if desired) will be required to make your reservation. We recommend adding airport transportation to your booking at the time of making your reservation.

Question

Can I use points to book this resort ?

Answer

Please note that although that is allowed, the resort charges additional fees to anyone attending private group events that were not booked as a part of the group block. So please keep that in mind, as the fees can really add up.

Question

Can I stay at another resort and visit for the wedding events?

Answer

Although this is allowed by the resort, there is a resort day pass fee, rates vary starting at $185 per person, and are based on availability and not guaranteed so we ask to avoid that to please do the minimum 3 night stay at the resort OR be prepared to personally pay the fee to attend. Please keep in mind, this fee and approval of obtaining a day pass is subject to change and/or be denied by the resort based on the occupancy levels the day of the events.

Question

Can I travel with someone that was not invited to the wedding?

Answer

Since this is an all-inclusive resort, rates are based on double occupancy therefore the cost to travel alone versus with another person won't make much of a difference. If you would like to bring a friend that was not invited, we are fine with that as long as they respect our wishes of only having those invited attend our events.

Question

Can my travel agent book my trip for me?

Answer

Although we are sure you have a wonderful relationship with your own travel agent we do ask to please use ours, Jill Palombaro to book this particular trip since she is the only one with access to the special rates and rooms we have set aside for the group. This will also help avoid any fees involved to attend our private events, which apply to those who are not booked as a part of the group.

Question

Can I travel to Mexico with a Passport Card?

Answer

All travelers from the US to Mexico are required to have a passport book that is valid for 6 months after travel. For travel in June 2026 all passport books must be valid through January 2027. Passport cards do not qualify for international travel.
