What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our July 31st deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason being that we need to provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel blocks under "Heinz/Sadergaski Wedding": The Country Inn 2110 Rose St, La Crosse, WI 54603 Rates: (10) Double queen beds for $159 per night, (15) $149 single King bed per night The Grand Stay Hotel: 525 Front St N, La Crosse, WI 54601 Rates: (10) One bedroom suites $199+tax per night (3) two bed suites $219+tax per night The Holiday Inn 200 Pearl St, La Crosse, WI 54601: Would not allow wedding block, they request our guests to book with them individually prior to wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

With respect, due to minimal seating and number of guests, we can only accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be "unplugged". Meaning: we ask all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want and PLEASE share them with us!

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride-Whites, ivories and creams. If you have to question if you can wear it, error on the side of caution and choose something else :)
