Travel Note
Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT) and Albany International Airport (Albany, NY) are both a 1-hour drive to Gedney Farm. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is a 2.5-hour drive to Gedney Farm. If you're flying, we recommend renting a car at the airport. Uber and Lyft are unreliable in the area.
Travel Note
For people wanting to arrive or depart by train: For the Metro North Line with service to/from New York City, use the Wassaic train station (Amenia, NY; 1 hour drive to Gedney). For Amtrak and service to/from Boston, use the Pittsfield Train Station, but note that the train service is extremely limited here (Pittsfield, MA; 1 hour drive to Gedney).
