May I bring a guest or a plus one?
Answer
Although we would love to have everyone, the reception venue can only accommodate the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if applicable.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only celebration (with exception to children listed on an invitation).

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire, black tie optional.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and to ensure a seamless start, no guests will be admitted after that time. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 5:15 PM, as the Cathedral will be concluding 4:00 PM Vigil Mass. We ask that you arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking for the ceremony at the Cathedral of Saint John Berchmans is located directly across the street. Parking for the reception at the Scottish Rite Cathedral is located to the left of the building or across the street.

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
The reception is a short, 5-minute drive from the ceremony. We are not providing group transportation, but the Downtown Shreveport area is easily accessible by rideshare apps such as Lyft or Uber.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Do I need to RSVP? If so, how soon?
Answer
Yes, please do RSVP by no later than Monday, September 14th. The venue has requested a final guest count by Tuesday, September 15th.
