Isabella and Steven met back in freshman year of high school in science class. Being on the high school golf teams together helped them form a strong connection early on. Their friendship grew over the years, and by junior year—at just 16 years old—Steven officially asked Isabella to Homecoming with the help of a few friends (and a little courage 😄). From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable. After high school, their relationship was put to the test as they did long distance throughout college, both continuing to play golf. Isabella attended Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, while Steven played at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. Long distance wasn’t easy, but their bond only grew stronger. After graduation, they took the next big step and moved into an apartment together with Steven’s twin brother, Danny—and soon added a chunky kitty named Summer to their little family. On August 1, 2024, Steven asked Isabella to marry him on Keawakapu Beach in Maui, Hawaii—turning a beautiful day in paradise into a moment they will cherish forever. Today, Isabella is attending PA school at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she and Steven live together. Steven spends most of his time there, traveling back to Wisconsin periodically to work alongside Danny. After more than eight years together, Isabella and Steven are so excited for the future and can’t wait to see what life has in store for them—side by side, just as they’ve always been.
