Semi-formal attire. We recommend cocktail dresses, dressy tops, button-downs, and suits. Please keep in mind the ceremony will take place outdoors, so we suggest bringing a light jacket and choosing footwear accordingly. We kindly ask that our guests avoid wearing the colors white (or similar to), burgundy, or light brown, as these will be worn by the bride and wedding party.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Fern Hill Barn.
Yes! Cocktail hour will take place indoors following the ceremony. A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be available. Selection includes: ahi tuna wontons, bruschetta, crisp dumplings, chicken and waffles with bourbon syrup, jerk chicken skewers, and mac & cheese croquettes. Reception will follow cocktail hour.
Yes! There will be an open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Yes! A seating chart will be displayed at the reception, organized by first and last name with your assigned table number to help you find your seat.
Yes! Dinner will be served during the reception. The meal will be buffet-style and include roasted beef, garlic butter salmon, and panko parmesan crusted chicken with sherry cream sauce, along with seasonal vegetables, rice, a selection of salads, and bread.
Guests who book their stay using our hotel block link will have access to a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue. Guests staying elsewhere will be responsible for their own transportation.
