Question
What airport should I fly into?
Answer
We recommend flying into Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) - please be aware that the airport is about a 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on where you are staying. The other airport option is Rhinelander County Airport (RHI) - 18 minutes to 32 minutes, depending on where you are staying. You could also fly into a bigger airport like Chicago or Milwaukee and drive the rest of the way - there are many options :)

What should I do about transportation?
Answer
You will need to rent a car to get around, since Uber/Lyft is not available in the area.

What options are there for lodging?
Answer
There are a ton! While we will not be having a hotel block, we recommend finding lodging in Harshaw since that is the town closest to the reception venue. The options are broken down into the following categories: - Lodging Operated by Rondele Ranch (Reception Venue) - AirBnBs/VRBOs - Hotels Note: if you stay in Harshaw your drive to the reception will be around 3 to 12 minutes; if you stay in Minocqua, your drive to the reception will be between 20 and 30 minutes. What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Cocktail or Black Tie Optional - Garden Chic Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and formal dresses! Don't be afraid to experiment with color. patterns, frills and statement silhouettes. Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We would hate for your RSVP to get lost in the mail - all responses should be submitted online for ease...'cause who even knows how to use stamps anymore, right?

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions we cannot allow plus ones. While we would like to celebrate with absolutely everyone who has touched our lives, we need to limit our guest list to those who have been explicitly invited. Thank you for understanding.

Is the Welcome Party mandatory?

We understand that by placing the Welcome Party on a Friday, it might be difficult to take that much time away from your busy schedules. No sweat! If you can make it, please be sure to let us know, otherwise we will see you on the big day.
