The event will take place over three days, from Saturday, July 4th to Monday, July 6th (afternoon). If you are staying at Borgo Di Pietrafitta, a final breakfast will be provided on Tuesday, July 7th before departure. We recommend taking both Monday, July 6th and Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 off to fully enjoy the festivities and travel without any rush. However, if you're only able to take one day off, we suggest taking Monday, July 6th off and flying back later that evening after the pool party, or very early on Tuesday, July 7th. We would only advise this option if it is absolutely necessary, as it could cause added stress.
We understand that attending our celebration involves time, travel, and costs, and we truly appreciate the effort. If you are unable to join us for the full event, please know that we completely understand. Kindly let us know your decision as soon as possible and RVSP on the RSVP tab. If you are able to join us for part of the 3-day event but not the entire duration, that is absolutely fine! We just ask that you inform us as soon as you can so that we can plan accordingly. Additionally, we kindly request that guests coming for less than 3 nights stay in Chianti to help with accommodation logistics. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Our Italy wedding will be a more intimate celebration and so we are unable to extend plus-one invitations. To allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, we have decided to make our wedding an adults (and teenagers)-only event. We hope you understand and we can’t wait to celebrate with you
The dress codes for each event are listed underneath each event on the "schedule" tab. We want you to be comfortable so please remember it is likely to be very hot! Also, please remember that the ground will be grass and gravel so please choose your shoes accordingly. We have provided a mood board for the Welcome Party and the Wedding, in order to give you some outfit inspiration!
If you are staying in Borgo Di Pietrafitta, we will take care of 3 main meals a day, and alcohol/soft drinks throughout your stay. However, please note the borgo is self-catering, so we would suggest bringing extra snacks, bottled water to last you through your stay and perhaps a few wines and beers for your rooms. The nearest shop will be in town and imagine you will not want to leave the village once you arrive. Please see the essential packing list below!
- Passport - White party outfit - Wedding day outfit (please see outfit inspiration link) - Yoga outfit (if you are partaking in yoga) - At least one swimming costume/pool party attire and flip flops - Shoes/heels that will be comfy on gravel and grass We will be providing main meals and alcohol throughout the trip, but please note that the Borgo is self-catered, and you will be staying in various apartments scattered across the village. To ensure your comfort during your stay, we recommend that you pick up the following items on your way from the airport: - Sufficient bottled water for the weekend - Extra snacks for in-between meals - Any additional alcohol that you would like to have in your apartment for getting ready times or for afters
No, we do not have a wedding registry. We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you in Italy and your presence is the greatest gift we can ask for! We know that being a guest at a destination wedding can be expensive, and we are so grateful for your effort and support. If you do feel you would like to give us something, then we would love a contribution towards our honeymoon, which will help us create even more wonderful memories. But truly, just having you with us is all that we could ever wish for!
