To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. Formal invitations will be out in September. The final deadline to RSVP is November 1, 2026. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as “Will Not Attend.” We appreciate your understanding, as we must provide our venue with an accurate headcount in a timely manner.

We kindly ask that guests arrive in formal attire. To complement the event’s aesthetic, please dress in shades of black, red, green, or gray. For inspiration, we’ve included outfit ideas on the Guest Attire tab to help you find the perfect look.

As the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m., we recommend arriving by 2:45 p.m. to allow time for parking, socializing, enjoying a drink, and finding your seat.
Due to limited space (and a big Italian family!), we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. Guest names will be listed on your RSVP.
If you received a plus one, they will be listed as “Plus One” on your invitation and included under your name on the RSVP section of our website. If you choose not to bring a guest, please select “Will Not Attend” for your plus one on the RSVP form.
RSVPs will be specific and will include the names of any children who are invited. Thank you for your understanding!
Yes, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. Dinner will be served outside allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida winter weather. In January, temperatures in Southwest Florida typically range from the mid-70s to mid-80s.
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, you may place a card in the card box upon arrival or visit our Honeymoon Fund located under the Registry tab.
Yes, there will be 150 complimentary valet parking spots available. Transportation will also be provided from the following hotels: ___________________________. Please check back for departure times as the date approaches. Uber is another great option for getting to and from the venue safely!
