We are requesting cocktail attire. Ladies can wear knee to floor length appropriate dresses. (Please, no white or shades of white, cream, etc.) Gentlemen can wear a suit with or without a tie (no jacket required) No jeans or short sleeve shirts. Wedding color palette: sage, ivory, and gold (for wedding party only)
If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on the invitation. It will also specifically indicate, “Your Name & + 1.” Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
The ceremony will begin at 12pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat.
We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, so please allow them do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
We love your kids but thought you might like a day off. Adults only, please!
No. There will be no alcohol served at cocktail hour or during the reception. Sodas, water, coffee, and hot/cold tea will be served in its place. If you’d like to enjoy an alcoholic drink, please feel free to purchase it at the hotel bar located in the lobby and bring it back into the cocktail or reception hall. *Sparkling cider will be served for wedding toast*
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly.
Ceremony, cocktail, and reception will take place indoors!
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.
Valet parking (for a fee), street parking along 7th avenue, and the parking lot across from the hotel, are the best options.
