We met in NYC. Kivanc was working in the city during the peak of covid and Isa had just moved back to start her first post grad job. Their first date was at Tompkins Square Park where they shared vegan mac and cheeses and their life stories. He remembers her wearing a red dress and she remembers his witty sense of humor. The rest was history!

The Hudson valley is a very special place to us because it reminds us of our little escapes from the grid on occasional weekends. We usually take the train to upstate to recharge and we have a lot of good memories there. We walked over to our favorite waterfall after eating a delicious lunch and Isa thought nothing of it. We decided to film an "OOTD"(outfit of the day) on TikTok but unbeknownst to her Kivanc's "outfit" featured Isa's engagement ring in his fanny pack. Well.. you know the rest. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you in Izmir, Turkey!
