Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us finalize travel arrangements and ensure everything is perfectly planned, we kindly ask that you RSVP by April 16, 2026. Your timely response will help us coordinate accommodations and other details for our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Do I need any special travel documentation?

Answer

Yes! To travel to New Zealand, you’ll need a valid passport and may also require a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA). The NZeTA is mandatory for travelers from visa-waiver countries and must be obtained before departure. You can apply online or via the official mobile app. For full details on entry requirements, visit New Zealand Immigration’s website to check eligibility and processing times.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our loved ones! Due to the nature of a destination wedding, we have a carefully planned guest list. If your invitation includes a plus one, we’d love for you to bring a guest. If not, we hope you’ll still join us for this special occasion solo. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What’s your dress code?

Answer

We want everyone looking their best! Our dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire. Since we'll be celebrating in an island setting in a cooler climate, we recommend elegant layers and warm, comfortable shoes.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we've chosen to make our wedding a kid-free celebration to ensure an intimate and relaxed experience for all our guests. We truly understand that this is a big ask, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

What kind of weather can I expect in Queenstown, NZ?

Answer

Queenstown in April offers crisp autumn temperatures, with daytime highs averaging around 52–61°F and cooler evenings dropping to 43–52°F. Expect a mix of partly sunny days, occasional rain showers, and even a chance of light snowfall in higher elevations. Layers are recommended, as the weather can shift throughout the day. If you're planning on doing any outdoor activities, a warm jacket and waterproof shoes will come in handy!

Question

What should I get you for your wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We truly appreciate the time, effort, and travel involved in celebrating with us. If you’d like to give a gift, we’ve created a registry with a few items we love and would be grateful for. Thank you for your kindness—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We are lucky enough that our wedding coordinator will be providing guest transportation both to and from central Queenstown to the ceremony and reception. Location and details to follow.
