Our beautiful venue features a 30 room hotel as well as a lodge close where guests can be shuttled to the venue. They have graciously blocked all rooms for our wedding day in order to allow guests first come first serve. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM: Please call the front desk ASAP in order to assure you get the room of your choice. Rooms are available to view online however you will need to call and give them the last name “Masters” and our wedding date of October 8th 2026. Let them know you’ll be attending as a guest in order to book, as online they are showing reserved. From there you can tell them what room you would like and how many guests you will have. If you are booking multiple rooms for multiple people they ask that you please assign individual names to each room for a smooth check in process, regardless of the paying party. CHECKING IN: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Please be advised that there is no early check-in at this venue in order to assure that each room has been adequately cleaned and is ready for your arrivals. Please keep this in mind when making your travel plans.
