We’re Getting Married!

We’ve actually known each other since elementary school and when we were in the same 5th-grade homeroom (believe it or not) we couldn’t stand each other. If you’d told our 10-year-old selves that we’d end up here, we wouldn’t have believed it. Years later, everything changed when we got paired for a school project and ended up spending four hours together. It was never awkward, never boring, and somehow felt like the start of something we’d both been waiting for. By the time we went on our first official date, time flew by so fast it felt like we’d known each other forever. 3 years later he convinced me we were just hanging out. We went to a movie and my friend asked us to do a photo shoot later that day, after the day was basically over I’d already talked myself out of the idea that he might propose, he surprised me the moment we got back to his house where he had a gorgeous set up with tons of flowers, a lit up sign that said “Marry Me”, followed by him getting down on one knee and pulling out the most beautiful ring ever to ask me to marry him. Then both of our families came out to celebrate. Today, we love nothing more than being in each other’s company—whether we’re running around Disneyland, or just making memories in the simple everyday moments. We’ve grown from childhood “enemies” into best friends, high school sweethearts to now future husband and wife. We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most.
