It all started back in 2017, when Erick & Isabella met in the halls of high school! A friendship that soon turned into a forever relationship. From the very beginning, there was something easy about being together. Whether it was sharing playlists, sneaking in conversations during passing periods, or late-night texts about everything and nothing, their connection grew quickly—and deeply. Within weeks, they had gone from classmates to best friends to something more. It didn’t take them long to realize they found something rare. A few months later, on a summer evening at Pavilion Shore Park in Walled Lake Erick officially asked Isabella to be his girlfriend during a picnic he had planned and she said yes. Everyone says high school relationships rarely last. But Erick and Isabella proved otherwise. From college graduations, new careers, and all the highs and lows of growing up, Isabella and Erick kept choosing each other. Erick pursued a career in teaching and coaching, while Isabella followed her passion into nursing—recently stepping into her dream role as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. Supporting each other through big dreams and hard days, they’ve built a life full of laughter, loyalty, and quiet, steady love. Then, in December 2024, after more than eight years together, Erick brought Isabella back to the place where it all began—Pavilion Shore Park. With snow falling gently around them, he got down on one knee in the very spot where their love story began. She said yes—again. Now, they’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter of their journey with the people who’ve cheered them on from the very beginning.
