Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is cocktail/semi-formal with a vineyard flair. Think dressy but comfortable — suits, cocktail dresses, and flowy fabrics are all perfect. We encourage you to lean into the romantic, outdoor setting while still feeling your best.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you are welcome to bring a guest, it will be clearly noted on your save-the-date and formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing night out with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be on-site parking available at the venue. We will also be offering transportation options for guests who prefer not to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a bus shuttle service between the hotel and the ceremony/reception. Shuttles will begin at 3:30 PM and run through 11:30 PM. If you plan to use the shuttle, please let us know by indicating this on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a brunch Saturday morning after the wedding?

Answer

While we won’t be hosting a Saturday morning brunch following Friday’s celebration, the fun isn’t over just yet! We’ll be gathering on Sunday for a Polo Match Brunch to toast one last time and send everyone off after a wonderful weekend together. In the meantime, we encourage you to enjoy Saturday at your own pace — explore the beautiful Charlottesville area, visit local vineyards, stroll downtown, or relax and recharge. Be sure to check out our “Things to Do” page for some of our favorite spots and recommendations. We can’t wait to continue the celebration with you all weekend long!
