What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Cocktail Attire We invite guests to wear cocktail attire in soft colors, floral prints, and light seasonal fabrics. Midi and maxi dresses, suits, sport coats, and dress shoes are all encouraged. Please refrain from wearing jeans or white/ivory attire.

Are there room blocks?

We do not currently have room blocks reserved. However, there are several hotels and Airbnbs in the Hermann, Missouri area to accommodate a variety of budgets and preferences. The venue location is only about an hour and 15 minutes outside of the greater St. Louis area.

Yes, complimentary parking will be available at the venue for all guests.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive around 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, only guests formally listed on the invitation and RSVP are invited to attend.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hermann Hill Weddings.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to remain present during our ceremony and refrain from using phones or cameras while vows are being exchanged. Our photographers will be capturing these special moments for us to cherish and share.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will take place indoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for warm August weather and outdoor terrain.

Transportation will not be provided, so we encourage guests to plan transportation arrangements in advance if needed.
