We want all of our loved ones to feel comfortable while celebrating our big day! There's no strict dress code, just come dressed in whatever makes you feel your best. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where should I stay?

We have reserved a wedding room block at AmericInn by Wyndham Williamsburg for our guests. Simply click the link on our Lodging page to book your room at the discounted group rate. If you prefer, there are also several Airbnb options available in the surrounding area.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

To receive the discounted wedding block rate, please book your room at AmericInn by Wyndham Williamsburg no later than August 26, 2026.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30 PM to find their seats and get settled before the ceremony begins. A cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony, with the reception beginning afterward. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where should I park at the venue?

Parking is available in the lot at the front of the venue. Due to limited parking, we kindly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible. Thank you for helping us make the most of the available space!
