What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional, or formal wear. The bridesmaids will be wearing eucalyptus green.

Will you be serving food at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing drinks, appetizers, a buffet dinner, and desserts. (Lots of desserts, we mean it!)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only our invited guests attend our reception. Given that our reception venue is a historic home and limited on space, we are unable to accommodate extra guests. The fire marshal says so :(

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes! Dancing will take place after dinner.

Can I photograph/record the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a photographer and videographer, so our big day will be captured fully. We ask that you would please enjoy the moment without a phone in hand.

Can we bring little ones?

Answer

As much as Jesus emphasizes “let the little children come to me” in the Gospels, we kindly ask that if at all logistically possible, the little ones remain home this time. The ceremony, while of course being a joyful celebration, will be a formal event, and the reception will be somewhat tight already as we will be utilizing the venue’s full capacity. Thanks for your understanding!
