When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please go to the "RSVP" page and reserve by June 20th. Our venue needs a guest count before the big day so please RSVP accordingly or you will unfortunately be listed as a "not attending".

Is there a dress code?

Yes - Formal Attire please !! (summery dress/slacks :) )

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. There is ample parking at the venue.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?
Answer
The ceremony and part of the reception will be outside.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 4:40pm to allow for ample time to get parked and seated.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, our venue only allows for a certain amount of people so your invite will specify if you received a plus one. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones, however, our venue only allows a certain amount and unless children are listed on your invitation, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be held at The Crag Rat Hut Venue. (Fun Fact: Our venue supports the local search and rescue teams in Oregon!

We will have beer and wine at the ceremony for everyone!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. The best gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, please take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!
