Explore Pier Village
Pier Village is right on the beach with some cute boutique shops, oceanfront restaurants and a boardwalk. Additionally, if you walk south down the boardwalk you will be hit one of our favorite coffee shops in the area, Offshore Coffee!
Walk or Eat on the Asbury Boardwalk & Cookman Ave in Asbury Park
Asbury Park is another seaside town with a great boardwalk. Explore the shops & restaurants on the boardwalk. Cookman Avenue, also offers a variety of dining options as well as boutique shops and art galleries.
Popamora Point Beach
If you want to get some steps in before the big day, one of our favorite walking trails can be found in the cozy coastal town of Highlands/Atlantic Highlands called Popamora Point. We like to start on the Highlands side on Shore Drive, and walk north along the Raritan Bay with views of New York City. If you follow the trail for about 2 miles until the end, it drops you off on First Ave in Atlantic Highlands where you can explore and enjoy cute shops, restaurants and coffee shops (our favorite is 1st Cup Coffee).
Walk down Broad Street in Red Bank
Red Bank’s Broad Street is a walkable downtown with cool local shops, and a little bit of everything—coffee spots, restaurants, vintage stores etc.
