What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive no later than 4:45. The ceremony will begin at 5:00.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to capacity of the venue. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit."

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel

Answer

The shuttle will be arriving at the Omni Hotel at 4:15p.m. and will arrive at the venue for 4:45 p.m. The shuttle will leave the venue and take you back to the hotel at 10:30p.m. & 11:30 p.m.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside weather permitting, and the reception will be a mix of indoor/outdoor.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Omni Hotel Providence. You can see more details in the travel section!

What if the blocked rooms run out?

Answer

Since we were only allowed a certain number of rooms to block off at the Omni, if by chance they run out we have added more hotel options in the area!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking space near our wedding venue.
