Bridal Party Bus

The bridal party needs to be outside of the hotel by 5:30 am so we can load the bus with dresses, makeup, etc. Bridal party includes bride, bridesmaids, maid of honor, and flower girl.

Groomsmen Bus

The groomsmen need to be outside of the hotel by 5:30 am so we can load the bus with suits, hair stuff, shoes, etc. The groomsmen consist of the groom, the groomsmen, the best man, and the ring bearer.

Paséa Hotel & Spa

The wedding party has rooms booked from Wednesday, December 30 to Saturday, January 2. If you would like to book a room for these dates, please contact Leah Warren (520)-256-0494 so we can get a shuttle from the hotel to the venue so no one has to drive/rent a car. If we book another shuttle, it will be leaving at 8:30am and getting to the venue at 9:00. Please be outside the hotel at 8:00am and ready. You won't have time to do makeup, hair, or change at the venue. The shuttle will pick up ONLY the people who took the shuttle to the venue at 12:00am and take them back to the hotel.

Audience Bus

This is the bus for everyone but the wedding party. If you'd like to be on this bus, you must be staying at the hotel listed. Also, if you plan on taking the shuttle, please let Leah Warren (520)-256-0494 so we can get a second bus if needed. Please be ready (dressed, hair and makeup done) and outside of the hotel by 8:00.
