Welcome Party
Transportation will be provided for the welcome party and wedding day from various pick up points in Rhinebeck and Pine Plains. FRIDAY: Buses will be departing promptly from the following locations: -7:30pm AND 7:45pm from Mashomack, Fish and Game Preserve, 7435 NY-82, Pine Plains -7:15pm from Beekman Arms Delamater, 6387 Mill St, Rhinebeck Buses will return guests at the end of the evening at 9:00pm and 10:30pm
Saturday Transportation
Wedding Day
Our wedding planners will be in touch via text on Wednesday 9/25 to confirm your exact pick up time and location. Please be aware, the buses will be on a strict schedule so please be waiting AT THE END OF YOUR DRIVEWAYS for the bus 2-3 minutes before your designated pick up time. End of night transportation: Buses will be available to take you back to your Airbnb or hotel at 11:00pm, 12:30pm or 2:00am
