When should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 28th, 2026! This earlier RSVP is to accommodate many nursing schedules that require time off 2-3 months in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 pm, so arriving around 15 minutes early will be very helpful to us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at our venue, so don't worry about an Uber or Lyft unless you want to make the most of our open bar! We will have around 20 rooms blocked off at the Wyndham nearby for anyone who wants to stay close (see Travel tab for more information).

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft; a shuttle will not be provided from the hotel to the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, PLEASE reach out to Isabel, and I will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability!

Can I bring a plus one?

Please reach out to the bride or groom. We cannot make any promises, but we can certainly try!
