What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 2:30 pm, but we will happily welcome guests starting at 2:00 pm!

Please RSVP by March 23rd!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites as well as the Hilton Garden Inn in Oaks, which you can reserve online using the "Travel" tab above. If calling, please mention you are with the DelVecchio wedding! Rooms will stay blocked off up until one month before the wedding date. If you'd like to stay elsewhere, there are many hotel and Airbnb options in the area!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to be able to celebrate with as many people as possible, we ask that you only bring who is listed on your invite/online RSVP!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking for both. At the ceremony venue, feel free to park in the upper lot or lower lot of the church property. At the reception venue, all parking is above the fire station in the field to the right of the pavilion!

Is the wedding ceremony venue different from the reception venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at Holy Ghost Orthodox Church from 2:30 to 3:30. The reception will be held at The Grove at Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company from 5:00 to 10:30. Check out our "Schedule" tab to know what festivities will look like on the day of!

What should I do in between the ceremony and the reception (3:30-5:00)?

Answer

While the newlyweds are taking family photos and portraits, guests are free to return home or explore the area! Check out our "Things To Do" tab for local recommendations from us.

What food will be provided and what if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres will be provided during cocktail hour, followed by dinner and desserts. Entrées can be chosen on the "RSVP" page, including an option for kid's meals. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to the bride. We are happy to accommodate all of our guest's needs!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors at Holy Ghost Orthodox church, and our reception will be held both in an outdoor garden and under a covered pavilion. Dress appropriately for outdoor weather on the big day!

Question

Do you have a registry I can contribute to?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have our Newlywed and Honeymoon Fund under the "Registry" tab.
