Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will follow a cocktail attire dress code! The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. We’d love for everyone to get a little dressed up with us — so we kindly ask that guests skip the jeans for the night! Fall and dark tones are encouraged! (Kindly note that the bridesmaids will be wearing olive green.)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation! Thank you in advance!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for our guests to put their phones away for the duration of the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony for us, and to allow our guests to be present in the moment! Afterwards, feel free to take as many pictures and videos you’d like at the reception!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes early to the ceremony venue. The doors to the Chapel will open at 3:45pm and the ceremony will begin at 4pm.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please join us for an evening of celebration at Centro Asturiano de Tampa! Our celebration will begin with a cocktail hour, with passed hors d'oeuvres and your choice of drinks from the bar. Afterward, we'll transition to a buffet dinner reception. The evening will continue with dancing and festivities as we toast to love and happiness!

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

There is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception venues. If you plan on drinking with us, please consider carpooling or using a ride share app!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Open bar will be available during cocktail hour, dinner, and the party. We want you to have fun so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

If you’d like to help us start our next chapter, we’re saving for our future home and have created a house fund in place of a traditional registry. This can be located under the “registry” tab on our wedding website. We’re so grateful for your love and support!

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 25, 2025. Your response helps us finalize the details and celebrate with you!

Do you have a “room block” at a hotel nearby?

Answer

Our room block is reserved at Hotel Haya in Ybor City! The hotel is just a 4-minute drive from the reception venue and about 30 minutes from the ceremony location. Valet and overnight parking are available for $39 per car. Rooms will be offered at a discounted rate through September 26, 2025. To book at the discounted rate, please visit the “Travel” tab on our wedding website. If no rooms are available and you’re booking before September 26, please reach out to us — we may be able to add more rooms to the block!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 11:00 PM! We’d love for all our guests to take full advantage of the open bar and dancing — and stay until the very end! If you’re looking to keep the party going after 11, the Ybor City strip is just a 5-minute drive from the reception venue!
