Arrive on time for the ceremony. We will not wait for late arrivals and make sure you consider traffic. It is recommended to use Uber/Lyft or have a designated driver if you plan on consuming alcohol at the wedding. Additionally, the listed hotels are preferences with the best reviews and reasonable prices. Feel free to do your own research for other hotels in the area.

25 minute drive to venue There will be a block of 9 rooms at a discounted rate. Booking is first come first serve. Link will be posted soon and booking will be available June 25, 2025. Another room block may be provided based on demand. Rate is valid for the entire duration of Thursday June 25, 2026 - Sunday June 2, 2026. Stays outside of these dates, regular hotel rate applies. Discounted rates (you are responsible for paying for your own room(s): King Rooms with pull-out sofa: $159+tax (6 rooms) Double Queen Room: $169+tax (3 rooms) Daily parking fee of $10.00 Tax rate is 14.625% Rooms must be booked no later than 4PM on May 26, 2026. Booking after this date, regular hotel rate applies. Rooms can be reserved by calling the hotel directly or using the special booking link provided in this note. If you need to cancel your room, that must be done 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid penalty which is the cost of one night’s room and tax. Check in - 4PM Check out - 11AM If staying at this hotel and arriving on the day of the wedding (Friday, June 26, 2026) early check-in is not available. Drive directly to the winery to be on time for the ceremony. We will not wait for late arrivals.
