We will have 2 shuttles picking guests up & dropping guests off at the Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA. They will arrive at the Cork at 3:00 and leave by 3:15, in order to arrive at the venue by 3:45pm. They will depart the venue by 10pm, and arrive back at the Cork Factory Hotel by 10:30pm. If you are not staying at the Cork Factory Hotel, but would still like to use the shuttles, there should be plenty of ubers available in Downtown Lancaster to get you to and from the Cork!

The staff at the Cork Factory Hotel has asked their cleaning staff to turn around rooms booked through our block first on Friday morning, in order to support early check-in for our guests. If you are checking in on Friday, we recommend calling them on Friday morning to get a better idea of an approximate check-in time. If you are staying at a different hotel, we recommend calling them to ask about early check-in.
The seated dinner will be family style, meaning that you can choose which dishes to eat and which to pass on. We will have printed menus to indicate which dishes contain common allergens for the dinner, as well as for the hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. Please consult with these menus, as well as the catering staff, to determine which dishes you should and should not eat!
