Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

All events on the day of our wedding will be held at The Mad River Barn. The reception cocktail hour will be outside behind the Inn. The reception will be held in the wedding pavilion.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. We will then move inside for the reception. If it does rain, everything will be moved inside.

Where can I park?

Answer

If you are staying at The Mad River Barn, feel free to park in any of the parking lot spaces on site. If you are staying at a different inn, we will have a bus shuttle service that will take you to and from your inn and The Mad River Barn the day of the wedding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during the wedding ceremony. We have a wedding photographer that will take care of all photos!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Yes! The dress code for our wedding is formal.
