We have a room block reserved for our guests at New Haven Hotel for the night of the wedding, Sunday, October 11, 2026. The hotel is approximately 25 minutes from our venue, Tyde at Walnut Beach, and a two minute walk from our after party at 80 Proof in New Haven. We will be providing shuttle service to and from the hotel on the wedding night. Please use the link below to book your room at our discounted group rate — reservations must be made by September 11th. Attending the Welcome Party? If you're planning to join us the evening before, on Saturday, October 10th at Two Roads Brewing, please note that you'll need to arrange separate accommodations for that night, as our room block is only available for 10/11 - 10/12, due to a Yale Alumni event. Shuttle
October 11, 2025 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
For your convenience, shuttle service will be available from the New Haven Hotel (4:00pm and 4:15pm departures) to the wedding venue, Tyde at Walnut Beach. Following the reception, return transportation will be provided back to the New Haven Hotel as well as to the After Party (10:15pm, 10:30pm departures). Please be sure to RSVP to reserve a seat!
Train
For those traveling via train, the New Haven Union Station is less than a mile from the hotel.
Flight
For those flying in to join us, Bradley International Airport located in Windsor Locks, is about an hours drive from the New Haven Hotel. JFK and Laguardia Airports, NYC, are 1 hour 30/40 minutes away from the hotel.
