When traveling to Los Cabos, Mexico, you must book your flight to San Jose del Cabo [SJD] airport. We recommend booking an early arrival to avoid large crowds at the airport. Upon arrival after passing the immigration gate, travelers must present a customs form. Please ensure you have the information needed to complete the form for a smoother entry process.

For your convenience, a room block has been reserved at Garza Blanca Resort. Please use the link below to reserve accommodations (a minimum of 3 nights is required). Based on availability, the guest rate will be honored three days before and three days after the official event. Cancellations/No-Show Policy for Individual Reservations: A minimum of three nights is required to obtain the special group rates. To guarantee the reservation, a one-night non-refundable deposit is required; the remaining amount will be charged at check-in. Cancellations before December 6, 2024, will be subject to a forfeiture of the one-night deposit. After December 6, 2024, cancellations will be subject to a full stay penalty. Passports are required in order to book your flights and for travel.
