Isaac and Sarah met at Ohio University's freshman orientation since they had similar majors. They stayed friends for the majority of college and eventually started dating their senior year - better late than never!

After graduating from Ohio University in May 2020, Sarah went off to graduate school in North Canton, Ohio at Walsh University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After Isaac graduated from Ohio University in December 2020, he went off to flight school in Fort Rucker, Alabama. Isaac and Sarah spent most of their relationship long distance while they each focused on starting their careers.

Shortly after Sarah finished graduate school in May 2023, she finally joined Isaac out in Colorado Springs, Colorado to live in their first home together. On June 8th, 2023, Isaac surprised Sarah at Palmer Park by asking her to marry him, she said yes!
