Is there an admission fee to enter the Iowa Arboretum for the wedding?

No, there is no admission fee to enter the arboretum. When you arrive, simply let the staff know you’re there for the wedding, and they’ll guide you to the appropriate location.

Is admission to the Treehouse Village included as part of the wedding?

Answer

Admission to the Treehouse Village isn’t included with the wedding, but you’re welcome to purchase a ticket if you’d like to explore it.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cocktail between the ceremony and the reception.

What time does the reception start/end?

Answer

The reception begins at 5 PM and ends at 9 PM.

Are the cocktail hour and reception held at a different location than the ceremony?

No. All events including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at the Iowa Arboretum.

No, so please plan accordingly.

Do guests have to pay for their drinks?

Answer

Drinks will be on us until a certain dollar amount is reached. Drinks include: mixed drinks, seltzers, beer, and wine. We will provide bottled water as well as regular and diet soda for guests.

Will there be a shuttle from hotel(s) to the venue?

Unfortunately, no, there will not be any shuttles provided.
