Can I bring my children/partner/friend?

Answer

We love all the kiddos in our life, but have made the decision to allow only guests older than 16. We ask that you do not bring anyone who is not listed on your invitation unless you have been granted a +1.

I have a dietary restriction, will there be food I can eat?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. We will have a vegetarian and gluten free option.

How will I get from my hotel to the venue?

Answer

We are arranging a shuttle service for the Evergreen Hotel and Sky Valley Great Western Hotel, more details to come :) If you stay at another location, you will need to find your own transportation.

Which airport should I go through?

Answer

The SeaTac airport will have the most flight options, and is an Alaskan Air hub, making it more likely for direct flights. The Everett airport is closer to the venue, but is much smaller and has very limited options.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP card is included in your wedding invitation invite. We prefer that you RSVP online, but you may also mail back the RSVP slip. Either way, please RSVP by May 1st.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please do not wear white. The wedding and reception will be entirely outdoors, with a tented area for dinner. Pathways are gravel. Weather should be around 70-80 degrees.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar for wine and beer, as well as some non alcoholic options.

If I want to stay closer to Seattle, where should I stay?

Answer

There is a World Cup soccer game in Seattle on June 15th, so we strongly recommend not staying within downtown Seattle. If you want to be in between the venue and the city, we recommend staying in Northgate, Shoreline or Lynnwood.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot that can fit plenty of cars.

All guests are invited to our wedding and reception on Sunday June 14th. We are not hosting any other wedding events.
