We first crossed paths at a local Christian school through a shared love for sports. What started as a simple friendship grew stronger over several summers spent serving together as summer staff at Camp Bethel—filled with long days, lots of laughter, and memories we’ll never forget. As the months passed, we began to pursue one another more intentionally. Between cheering each other on at sporting events, sharing our interests, spending time with each other’s families, attending church together, and drinking more coffees than we can count, we continued to learn more about one another, and we couldn’t help but see God’s hand in bringing our hearts together. On November 15, 2025, Isaac proposed—making it the best day of our lives…for now. The very best day is yet to come: May 2, 2026, when we will stand before God, our family, and our friends, and commit our lives to one another.
