Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st, so that we can prepare to celebrate with you, and you have enough time to plan your travel!

Question

What is the date and location of the wedding?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding at Brympton House in Somerset, England on July 9, 2026. It’s a beautiful historic estate where we’ll spend a few unforgettable days with our favorite people. Address: Brympton Ave, Brympton d'Evercy, Odcombe, Yeovil BA22 8TD, United Kingdom

Question

What is the dress code of the wedding?

Answer

The celebration will be black-tie optional. For gentlemen, a tuxedo is welcome but not required — a dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. For ladies, we kindly ask that you wear a formal gown or full-length dress in keeping with the spirit of the occasion. The venue is elegant and historic, so feel free to dress up!

Question

Will there be events beyond the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We have a few special gatherings planned across the week: * Welcome Party- July 8 * Night Before Dinner – July 8 * Wedding Ceremony & Reception – July 9 * Farewell Breakfast – July 10
More details are shared here on the website on the “Schedule” tab!

Question

What is the dress code for the other events?

Answer

Dress codes for the other events can be found along with each event on the “Schedule” tab.

Question

Do I need to attend all the events?

Answer

We’d love for you to be there as much as possible, but we understand that travel schedules vary. Just let us know on the RSVP form which events you’ll be attending so we can let our vendors know.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The welcome party is at 3:45, and we recommend getting there about 15 minutes before if staying off-site. Guests are welcome to arrive at 2:00 to check into their rooms if staying onsite. We recommend arriving about at that time to enjoy the grounds and settle in.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We feel so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful friends and family. As much as we wish we could invite everyone, we’ve had to keep our guest list very small and are only able to include those named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding — we’re truly honored to celebrate with you.

Question

What's the best way to get there?

Answer

Brympton House is located near Yeovil, Somerset. The nearest train stations are Yeovil Junction and Yeovil Pen Mill. If you're flying, Bristol Airport is the closest (1.5 hrs by car), and London Heathrow is about 2.5 hours away. We have a full list of travel suggestions on the “Travel” page.

Question

Is transportation provided during the week?

Answer

Since most guests are staying onsite, you won’t need to worry about getting between events. If you're staying elsewhere, we recommend arranging a taxi in advance — we’re happy to help with suggestions.

Question

Is there parking at Brympton House?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available onsite for guests who are driving.

Question

Will meals be provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have you well fed and well loved all week — from our afternoon tea to our farewell breakfast. If you have dietary needs, please let us know on the RSVP form so we can accommodate you.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to feel taken care of — just let us know any allergies or preferences when you RSVP, and our caterers will be happy to provide options.

Question

Will I need to bring cash or cards to the venue?

Answer

All meals and a selection of drinks will be provided throughout the weekend. However, if you’d like to purchase additional drinks beyond what we’re hosting, there will be a paid bar available — so we recommend bringing a card. If you plan to explore nearby towns, having a card or a bit of cash on hand may also be helpful.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is truly our greatest gift. That said, if you’d like to contribute to our future together, we’ve created a registry and a few funds — you can find them on the “Registry” page.

Question

What is Brympton House like?

Answer

Brympton House is a centuries-old estate with stunning gardens, a lakeside terrace, and its own chapel. We fell in love with its timeless charm — and we hope you will too! All events will take place onsite, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

In addition to your attire for the events you are attending, we recommend packing: * A jacket or wrap for the evenings (even in July, Somerset evenings can be cool!) * A raincoat or umbrella — just in case (this is England, after all!)
