When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible, please! Since this is a destination wedding in Tulum over Labor Day weekend, rooms and flights will fill up quickly. Our room block is limited and the group rate expires in July, so we strongly encourage guests to RSVP early to secure accommodations and travel. Early responses help us greatly with planning—thank you for making it a priority! 💛🌴

What is the wedding aesthetic and color theme?

Our wedding aesthetic is elegant tropical garden with a modern romantic feel. The color palette features rich greens like hunter green and emerald green, and warm metallics like gold and champagne. Accents of peach/coral add a gentle pop of warmth and softness, creating a refined, lush, and timeless atmosphere that feels both elevated and natural.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes — the dress code is Formal (with a modern twist). We’re envisioning a blend of classic elegance and contemporary style. Men may wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie, and women may wear a floor-length gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Think elevated, polished, and celebration-ready. ✨🌿

Can I stay at another resort?

Answer

Yes, but please be aware that staying outside of Dreams Tulum creates significant complications. Off-resort guests will be required to pay resort access fees, and additional costs and logistical challenges may apply for both the guest and the couple. Transportation, event access, and timing can also become difficult. For a smooth, stress-free experience and full access to all wedding events, we strongly recommend staying at Dreams Tulum. We truly want everyone together so the weekend can flow easily and beautifully for all. If you do stay at another resort, please let us know so we can provide more information and fees.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying on the resort, please arrive 15min before the ceremony start time to get settled in. For those staying outside the resort, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for resort access, check-in, seating, and getting settled. Since this is a destination wedding at Dreams Resort in Tulum, we recommend giving yourself extra buffer time to enjoy the setting and ensure a smooth arrival. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🌿✨

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. Plus-ones are by invitation only, so if your invitation includes a guest, they will be named specifically. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate and within our guest limit. 💛

Absolutely—children are more than welcome! We intentionally chose a family-friendly resort so our guests can celebrate with their little ones and enjoy a fun, inclusive weekend together. We can’t wait to share this special celebration with all generations of our favorite people. 💛🌴
