Pleasant Valley Orchard
This wonderful orchard located 12 minutes away from Ojiketa Regional Park, Pleasant Valley Orchard offers Hay rides, and both apple and pumpkin patch picking. You will surely not be disappointed in this quintessential Minnesota fall activity.
Franconia Sculpture Park
This is where we went out our first big date! We traveled to Taylors Falls, WI and stopped here. This sculpture garden is 50 acres and features varying sculptures. The park sits on a wooded lot and is wonderful for leaf viewing as well.
Interstate State Park
Interstate State Park is located 22 minutes away from Ojiketa Regional Park, this state park offers stunning views of the St. Croix river and fall leaves. This state park features glacial potholes, ancient lava, and sandstone cliffs. Hiking trails are relaxes and as long as 1.5 miles total and offer amazing views. Wild River State Park
Wild River State park is absolutely gorgeous this time a year. With a mix of longer trails varying from easy to difficult, these trails won't fail to disappoint. Winehaven Winery
Located in Chisago City, the winery has a delicious menu including an array of flatbread pizzas and assorted cheese, fruit and nut boards that you can enjoy during your visit to the winery. Please visit the winery's website for tasting times and information; wine tastings may be limited on Saturday's.
Taylors Falls Scenic Boat Tours
A great way to see the St Croix River, this scenic boat tour includes a narrated tour of the history and rock formations along the river. A family-friendly activity available 7 days a week.
