We're so excited to celebrate with you!

We met as freshman at Cornell College. We had our first class together, and we were both lucky enough to get put together for a group project. However, a romance didn't actually blossom for years to come. Being friends all throughout college was one of the best choices we could have ever made, and look where it brought us all today! Friendship turned into something more with the time we spent together the summer before our senior year, and that love only continues to grow daily.

It is safe to say that getting engaged was no surprise to either one of us. It was all just a matter of when it would happen. I, Erin, had joked about an engagement over a pizza several months before it actually happened, and Isaac was sure to follow through. Isaac started out the evening prepping for dinner, meal in a bowl, if you were curious, when I stepped away for a little while to finish up some homework. When I came back into the kitchen to see where I could help to finish dinner, Isaac had an Aldi frozen pizza on the table and a ring in his pocket. When he turned away from the counter, he got down on one knee and I am pretty sure my jaw hit the floor. To say I was surprised was an understatement, but I have never been so happy with a surprise in my life. To be able to spend the rest of your life with your best friend is all anyone could ever as for, and I am lucky enough to be able to do just that.
